Well, it looks as if this Saturday will be better than last Saturday (Chuck and Tim!). Looking at mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 70's. Perfect weather for our state championships! Let's hope the weather folks know what they're talking about this time!

Aw, come on! Haven't you guys figured it out yet? If you assume exactly the opposite of what the weather forecasters predict, you'll be right on the money! Like last weekend - middle of the week, the prediction was for clear and sunny. What did we get? Rain all day Saturday and showers on and off on Sunday. See what I mean.
So, I just checked the 10-day forecast, and it calls for mostly sunny for Saturday and partly cloudy on Sunday. Bring your umbrellas, folks! |

Here's the latest and greatest as of Friday 7:53am:
Saturday Partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Light winds. Saturday Night and Sunday Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s to lower 50s. Highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Light winds. Lookin' good, folks! I'd be more than happy to eat my previous words! Those towels that Ed recommended will be to wipe your brow and dry the sweat off your hands! Bring extra water! |

You can also use the towels to slap the horse flies off yourselves. They have been bad out there lately.
