This year the Ice Bowl will be held at Westchester on Feb 10th at noon. All profits will go to benefit the AK Food Bank. $20 and 2 cans of food get you a disc, entry into the tourney, and lunch. There will be lots of prizes in different categories such as: most food donated, most money donated, aces, metals, ctp, longest drive, ect...

This should be BIG fun, for a Great cause. There are only 25 player packs available so you can pre-register by calling 229-7481.

The results are in and Ice Bowl 2007 was a huge success! First I want to thank the very generous 18 players who bought player packs, mulligans and ace fund. Without your support we couldn't have pulled this off. Tony Bickert was awarded the coveted prize for most generous! Also, A special thank you to Greg Roberts for setting up the course, and making sure all the tees played great!

Here's what I know so far...We raised $437! After expenses were paid for the player packs, prizes, and lunch we netted $142.15. The club is donating an additional $57.85 to make our cash donation an even $200! Along with all the food you players generously brought it looks we are donationg the equivelant of approximately 1,300 Lbs of FOOD! GREAT JOB ADGA!

Next year if we start planning a little earlier, and get some sponsors involved, I am confident we can do even better! See you next year as I will be going for the 3-PEAT!
