Spokane huh? That's my neck of the woods. You're welcome anytime, haha. 6:30 random draw doubles. Hopefully we won't need them but you may want to
bring an umbrella. Hope to see you there.

What up? I was second guessing whether or not to have league today because it was looking nasty there for a while. However, it cleared up beautifully. 11 of
us showed up. David F threw Cali and took first with a -2. Thanks to John second place was paid. That went to Rod and Jeremy. I won the CTP on 3 by well
over 8", haha. Both funds are now up to $204. Cash money baby!
Don't forget about the 1st Annual Covy Cafe Disc Golf Tournament this Saturday. To squash all the confusion we WILL be playing 18 and it's only a $20 buy in and there's a players pack. This is the least expensive tourney of the year. Sure the Peter's Creek tourney was only $20 but there wasn't a players pack with it. Come out and have some fun while helping to raise awareness for a good cause. See you then! |

I don't know about you guys but I'll throw in the mist anytime. It really helps me keep my cool, I mean, keep cool. We had a nice turnout considering
the drizzle. 17 people showed up to play. Lyle from WA State stopped by to support the club. Thanks Lyle! Also, we had two familiar faces who are now
members of the ADGA: Som and Danny. Thanks for supporting the club fellas! John and Brian shot lights out with a -6 for first place and Bill and Eddy shot -3
for second. No metals were hit. Thad got the CTP on #2 for a pocket full of $1's. The Ace / Birdie Funds will be... $221 next week. Who's gonna get
em'? Anyone? Thanks for coming out. See you all next week!
Just a friendly reminder: Service High Tourney is this Saturday at 10 am. 9 am registration, $20 buy in, 2 rounds, 4 divisions, good weather, lots of fun. |

What's up everybody? I'm pleased to announce that all 16 people who came out to play on Wednesday night are current members of the ADGA. That's
representin'! The Winkler family found themselves a few dollars richer. David F and Devin finished with a -4 and $10 each. Bill and Thad finished with a
-3 for $6 each. John Lorentzen won the CTP on #3 for $15. Both funds are now up to... $237. LOTTA MERCY!
Hey guys, don't forget about the Tall Grass Open the 22nd - 23rd of this month. It's always a great time with the boys in Homer. We'll have vehicles heading down there at all different times if you need a ride. Or, if you're going solo, split the cost of fuel by volunteering to drive. Also, we have the Russian Jack Throwdown the last Saturday this month. Look for more details on the home page of our site real soon. Keep those discs in the air!!! |

Werd! Well, 19 of us showed up to throw. Bill and Ryan shot a smokin' -7 followed by David F and Rod with their -6. Ryan also walked out with the CTP on
18. That was good enough for $16. Not bad Ryan. $5 earned you $28. It pays to play. Speaking of pays, we've got $512 between the two funds that needs
to be paid out. Unless you want the club to have it. Just think about what you can get for $512: 1 month rent with sparkling views of the garden, roundtrip
airfare for 1 to Hawaii (honey roasted peanuts included), 512 bottles of water (assuming they're only $1) and other types of ill sh... stuff. Same time
same place next week. Keep in mind that Wednesday, September 2nd we'll be starting up at 6 pm, NOT 6:30. Then possibly 5:30 after that.

What up? Well, 16 of us showed up for some BYOP doubles action. Bill and I shot a bogey free round to secure the 1st place spot with a -5. David and Brian
took second with a neg 2. The Birdie and Ace funds are each at $272... WOW!
Wednesday Night Doubles will begin at 6 pm beginning on September 2nd until further notice. |

Hi. 7 people showed up. David and Brian took the top spot for the cash.

What's up everybody? A dozen of us showed up for some doubles action. Som and I flew under the radar and shot a -3 for the cash. Bill and Jeremey
finished with a -1. I won the CTP on #4 for a 10 spot. FYI, that's the second CTP i've won and both were on #4. So next time I say CTP on #4, call
me out, haha. The birdie and ace funds are both at $291.
I'm not positive but 9-23-09 should be the very last WND for the season. In all reality, i'd like to make it 9-16-09 because of the daylight. Assuming neither the ace fund or birdie fund get hit by then, this is what i'd like to do: I plan on giving one fund to the Club and use the other ($300+) for a huge cash payout WND style. I plan on paying out the top 10 teams as a way of saying thanks for supporting the club. Let me know if you have any suggestions or other ideas. I can't say that i'll use them but I will hear you out. I need to figure this out soon so I can post it on the site and at the kiosk at Kincaid. I'd like to finish the season just a strong as we began the season. Peace! |

I think that will be a good idea for doubles, I think that only ADGA members should have a right to the money though. Unless an ADGA member and a non-ADGA are
paired, then it is up to the member if they want to pass out some of that money to their partner. There were thoughts about having that money for ADGA
tournaments, but that wouldn't be fair because of a lot of people that do show up are not ADGA members.

What's up err-one? Wednesday Night Doubles was bitter sweet for me. Bitter because the Ace fund was reset which put a twist on my plans for next week.
Yet so, so sweet having offered to spot for the last group throwing on #1. I positioned myself down by the elbow. Jeremy Boyd threw a perfect forehand shot
that found it's way into the basket. I thought I made it obvious that it stayed in the basket but it was a surprise until the group saw it for themselves.
$291 in the bank and -2 after 1. Not a bad start to a round, huh? And of course he gave half to his partner Brian. I had to go home to get the Ace fund
money so I'm not sure who ended up taking it. I know I paid out both John L and Thad M, as well as, Bill W and Andy N. And I'm not sure who won the
CTP either. But I DO KNOW THAT THE ACE FUND WAS HIT!

What's up everybody? I gotta start off by thanking everyone who came out to WND. We had 21 WND totaling 316 people. The fewest number of people to show
was 7 (twice). The most was 26, the Wednesday before States. We had double digit attendance 19/21 times. Assuming all 316 people were members, we gave the
club shy of $1600 (minus ace/birdie funds, as well as, Parks and Rec's cut).
I paid out an even $300 to the top 7 teams. Chuck D and Danny took the top spot and $45 cash each with a -7. If I still have the scorecards i'll try to add the rest of the spots at a later time. Saturdays are still on. We'll be in Girdwood on the 3rd at noon. Please leave town no later then 11 if you plan on making it. If you need a ride or have room for others please let me know (907)227-3323. PEACE, and i'm out! |
