Nice evening at Kincaid for a round of doubles from Reds.
5 pairs played and the pair of Kevin/Andy won with a -12. SteveO/Suga Shane followed with a -10. Next weeks ACE POT is $77. Also SteveO has the Number 1 tag and is leaving in 7 days. Some one better get that tag before it leaves the State. |

Yes, we play in the rain, 3 of us did anyhow. Andy shot -11 from the reds to win $3. Ace fund next week $80!

What a beautiful night it was for disc golf. 5 of us showed so we played singles from the Whites with the A players giving the B players 10 strokes. Greg played a great round +6 (-4 net) to win $6. Ed came in 2nd shooting -2 to win $4. Come on out next week the ace fund is $85.

12 players showed up tonight to get ready for states. We played doubles and primarily from the new gold tees. ChuckD and Tom shot -4 to win $14. Tied for second were the teams of Andy/Kyle and Shane/Michelle winning $10. We had 4 new players to Wed night doubles last night, we welcome Kieffer, Kyle, Tom, and Jeff. Next week the ace fund is $97. See you there!

3 people showed up to play so we played a quick round from the reds. Charles won $6 shooting -6. Next week the ace fund goes up to $100! I won't be in state next Wed so I am looking for someone who may want to step in next week.

It was gorgeous last night, but only 2 players showed. Tim and I played a round from the reds going for an ace run. No luck on the ace, but we both had good rounds and a few close calls. Next week the ace fund goes to $102.

There was no league tonight, no one showed up due to the rain. So since I forgot to update everyone on last Wed I will due that now...We welcomed new member Greg Roberts! there were 5 of us that played in the group, but only 3 of us played for ace fund/money. It came down to Noel and myself on hole 18 reds. I gave her 4 strokes at the beginning of the round and we tied at -9 and -5. Both of us tieing our best rounds from the reds!
It was a lot of fun, next week the ace fund goes up to $105! I will be out of town next Wed. so if someone would like to voluteer to run next Wed, pls let me know. Thanks... ChuckD. |

2 weeks in a row and no-one has showed except me. We have $105 ace fund! What is going on here? Anyway starting next Wed we are going to have $20 metal runs from the reds. It's easy, if you hit metal on your drive you win $20, if you ace it you win $105! See you next Wed at 6:30!

Well, no one showed again! Next Wed will be the last Wed night league for the year. $20 metals and a $105 ace fund. If no one hits the ace we will have a CTP for half the ace money, the rest will go to the club. Don't show up, I can use the $50 for Chance's college fund!

Sorry Chuck. Hurt something in the back of my knee out at peters creek earlier in the day. Didn't bother me till I got home and sat down for a while. Then it just flared up and I just couldn't see hiking around Kincaid on it.

What a finish to Wed night league! 5 of us showed and had a great round. First, John hit metal on 4 to win $20, then TimK hit metal on 12 to win $20, and Brandon got CTP on 18 to win half the remaining ace pot worth $35. I shot -8 to win $6 with Kevin and John tying for second at -6. Brandon put $25 towards a new club membership and John is going to join on Saturday at the Ace race. All in all, it was a lot of fun this summer and I enjoyed playing with everyone who came out. Wed night Doubles earned over $250 for the club this year between memberships, play, and half of the unused ace pot! See you next Spring!

It's back...This week we are restarting Wed night league! Brandon will be running it at Kincaid starting at 6pm. Until the course thaws 3 holes will be played to targets rather than baskets. The format will be mixed doubles as long as there are enough players. $20 is being donated from Saturday League to help get the ace fund going! See you there!

It seems that the only place yall play doubles is Kincaid, which is cool... BUT I and MANY others would like to see a real, actual, doubles tourney. Rumor has it that yall did this back in the day, like a state doubles tourney... where you pick your own partner.

5 of us played last night with a little bit wind. We decided to play skins since we didn't have an even number of players. Brandon won taking 8 skins, but the real winner was John who won $15 when 4 of us decided to go for CTP on hole 15 for $5 a piece. Good fun! Next week the ace fund is $11...Come on out for some doubles!

I'm not sure who won last night but 12 of us showed up to play. Kieffer renewed his membership last night, and we shot -4 from the whites. I don't think that was good enough though because there were a few stacked teams in the field. Next week the ace fund goes up to $22. See you there...
