Big shouts to all who made the journey out to Peter's Creek for an amazing 36 holes! We couldn't have asked for nicer weather and a big shout goes to the Homer crew for making the long journey north and giving Chuck D. the shakes during the final round! Seriously though, this was a great event and we would really like to thank all of you who came out and participated! We raised $1,088, 88 dollars over our initial goal. We will be presenting this check to our longtime friend and former prez. Steve Wrenn shortly. A huge thanks goes out to all of our sponsors, Skinny Raven, Great Harvest Bread Company, Homer Hounds, the Moose Pretzel Disc Golf Club, and Disc Golf U! Please people, don't be shy to go and not only thank these businesses but support them as well. They have been kind enough to support us so it is important to show them how thankful we are for their donations and help. This was a great way to kick of 2008 for ADGA and we are glad you all made it out! p.s. - thanks for lunch Tim. K!
