Hey Fellow Alaskans,
I haven't checked the site in a while, and it looks fantastic! You guys (and gals, of course) are putting in courses as fast as the clubs down here and in WA. Great job promoting the sport! I wanted to extend an invitation to Alaska golfers traveling in the Portland, OR area. There are many (I count 9 off the top of my head) incredible courses all within a half hour's drive. Shoot me an email at jason.digennaro@gmail.com or jadigennaro@hotmail.com. In the the...

Well, it's over. My first Supertour event. I must say I'm quite pleased. Other than my putter leaving me on the final round (6 birdies hit metal and 3 par putts hit metal) I think I played pretty darn well. My best round was round two where I shot a +2 from the pro pads at Cedar Rock. That's a 62 for 20 holes. I found out later that the great Barry Schultz only managed a 58 on the same course. Wow! My best moment was at the end of that round, I nailed an 85 foot jump putt right in...

Well I've been playing in the Seattle area the past week. Mostly at Lakewood Park. My best round of 18 has been 2 over par so far. It's a thirty-minute bus ride from downtown and a ten minute walk. I can finish a round in less than an hour by myself. The course is sweet. Concrete driving pads, huge trees, killer fairways, and hills. Lots of baskets are situated on slants and hills. Makes you have to go for your putt or lay it up. Tomorrow I'll probably play two new courses then I'm heading home.

I've been playing at Codorus State Park in Pennsylvania. They have two 18 basket courses and are 8 baskets into a third all right next to each other. One is mostly open and the other has some tight tree sections. Each basket has three tees much like we do at Kincaid except they call them rec, am and pro tees. I can't find any where to buy discs so I'm pretty worried when I lose one. I over threw and downhill drive and it went into the lake so I went in and recovered it. The weather here is...

Welp, I was able to hit 35 courses in California during my vacation (of which I was not able to play 4). I have photos of nearly every hole I played - at least 2 and some upwards of 8 from tee to basket depending on hole length. I pretty much covered the whole state, from San Diego to Ukiah. I hope to get my own I-net domain and a hosting site to house my photos (nearly 2000).

If anyone on the new and/or revision committees would like my take on some interesting and fun courses and...

Has anyone played courses in Oregon? I'm heading down there and I plan do a lot of discin. I have the PDGA course book but I know new courses are popping up all the time and I would like to have some good advice on which ones are good. It's hard to tell what they are going to be like just off the guide book discriptions.
