Played in the amateur national championships again this year and had one rough round and still managed to pull off 20th out of a field of I believe 150 so not terrible. But I will tell you it is one of the best put together and well run events I have ever had the priveledge to play (besides worlds)

holidays back east

its been 5 or 6 years since i was able to go back east and visit my family during the holidays, i grabed the mandatory travel plastic and a small bag and i was off for one month to my ye'old stomping grounds. originaly i am from new york but i learned to play disc golf in the city of philadelphia pa @ sedgley woods disc golf course while going to culinary school. sedgley was installed 29 years ago and is the second oldest course in the country. its a very small part of a huge city...

2006 International Women's Cup

Hello All...

I to let everyone know that the Kamloops Disc Golf Club is hosting Canada's first women's disc golf tourney on May 27/28.

The International Women's Cup is a PDGA sanctioned B Tier event. It will take place at Rose Hill Disc Golf Park with two courses, East and West in play. There is already $3000 added cash and still growing!

Well, I wish I could say that I represented Alaska a little better than I actually did, but what can I say about an absolute MONSTER course??

Monday and Tuesday were filled with practice rounds, trying different shots, getting used to the major distance required off the tees. The course had changed again this year, no more 'quarter mile' hole. Instead it was broken up into two monster holes. I played a bit with Des Reading and also with Dr. Rick and Rick Rothstein producer of Disc...

Steve & myself will be playing both the Wintertime in LA and Gentlemen Club in Vegas.

He's been talking a lot of trash, especially about the States that he says he will end Brians' run. Once to collect our bag tags.
